boxing and piercings

hi i have my eyebrow and my lip pierced at the minute i am still doing bag work but was wondering ,
does anyone else have piercing if so
when i start sparring will my lip piercing be ok to remove and refit ,or will it heal up after a few swollen lips lol
or should i just take it out and forget about it
