Let all fans and fighters admit, both Pacquiao and Marquez are great fighters and gives great fights. The trouble is, when Marquez looses a fight, she starts wearing a "palda" and complains she was robbed.
Since Marquez sees Pacquiao as her career spoiler, Marquez better believe Pacquiao was judged the better fighter in their second fight. If untill now she can't, Pacquiao fans will bid her goodnight when she goes down the canvass for good in their third fight.
Then that wouldn't be a great fight, would it ?

I dunno.. I mean yeah Floyd was beating JMM in points, but humilation? I dunno.. You really can't call it humiliation when it was FLoyd back-pedaling while JMM on the otherhand had to get out of his counter-punching style and go in an aggressive mode just to keep the crowd from sleeping.

            Two questions.....

1.) what did you think of Mayweather selecting JMM as an opponent ?

2.) why does it matter that Floyd re-negotiated the weight from 144 to 147 ?

              Two answers:

1.) Because JMM was a low-risk fighter going up 2 divisions higher, AT THAT TIME. I repeat, at that time. While at the same time was popular enough along with Sinco De Mayo day to draw atleast somewhat of a hit on T.V

2.) Because Floyd realized that he hasn't been that low in weight for years, and understood that he is a natural WW, and was just too big.

If Marquez " was a low-risk fighter " for Mayweather, why is he not "a low-risk fighter" for Pac?

Well, I suppose that might explain why he did it. Personally, I thought it was a bit of a b1tch-move and that Mayweather most likely did not even try not make 144. No way Manny would have got screwed like that, remember the 3.5mil per-pound for Hoya?

Fair enough, the way you explain it, props Floyd for renegotiating the weight.

                Damn *****'s
