I don't think Matthysse is gonna even knock down Alexander. Devon took some wide bombs from Urango and just blinked at the most, I think Urango's flush shots are harder than Matthysse's flush shots.

I'm not an Alexander supporter/fan, but I like him as a boxer and I like rooting for him. I haven't lost any interest in him just because of that ugly close fight against Bradley.

It wasnt ugly and it wasnt close. This dude got hit in the eye and then blinked teh WRONG eye and quit. Boxing doesn't need clowns like him.

Don't even get me started on how he throws 1k punches a fight, 5-600 being jabs (according to his last 3 compubox stats) and only 80 of those jabs land. 80 jabs land out of 600. Come on buddy.

He literally jabs the air all night while yelling. He hardly commits to anything outside of an uppercut or the occasional flurry if his opponent is shelling. Lucas seriously kills Devon. He touches him much more than Kotelnik did, with power, and consistently. Takes away his body too.

Don't necessarily need to continually hit somebody in the cranium to force a stoppage - somebody like Matthysse,who's a very good body puncher,is more than capable of wearing down Alexander down the stretch.And that's judy exactly what he's going to do to him.He's going to pick this lad apart,round-by-round,and force a stoppage within the distance.



And it's a shame,really,because had he not been so tentative early on against Judah,he would have stopped him rather than have to deal with the decision being wrongfully taken away from him.
