While I respect and can appreciate what Freddie Roach has done for boxing and the fighters in his stable, I find it highly ignorant, on the part of Ross and the good ol boys at HBO for not considering such a show for previous trainers who could've been more entertaining.
Such as:
1.) Floyd Mayweather Sr- A reality show with that nut would be hysterical.
2.) Zab Judahs Dad- His reality show theme song would be "Hit em like dis Zab..bap bup bappity boop"
3.)The Great Dundee-He'd be cursing out everyone.
4.) ****m Richardson- would be handing out bean pies to everyone in his show
5.) Jack Mosely-Nevermind that one
6.) Eddie Futch: He'd really educate the public on pugilism like no other.
My point is this ...why Freddie? Because he trains the best fighter in the world probably has something to do with it but it still seems a tad biased.
Opinions?
