I agree that names will pop up in the thread.

What is unfortunate is that people start debating about those few names and go off topic. This thread created for discussions about Khan-Judah negotiations but yourself and SpitBalla have turned it into a debate about Bradley and his pulling power and numbers and business blah blah blah.

It is the debating issue of other fights in a Khan-Judah thread that I was aiming my comment at. It's not needed at all. Bradley being mentioned is cool, but going off topic with debates should be cut off as there's already a thread created for that discussion to take place in.

You are correct and wise Terrel,I get real passionate about the whole Bradley Khan topic ya understand..But I said it early in this thread I think 50/50 is fair and or at least 55/45..Judah brings a lot to the table as far as Khan wanting to make more of a name for himself in the states..

That's cool dude. But after all these threads I'm sure you've noticed that opinions won't change about Bradley-Khan. It's best to just let it all play out and hope that the fight can be made in the future.

as for Khan-Judah, I agree with a 55/45 split. This fight will hopefully be made by Monday. It will definitely boost Khan's rep and legacy.

Lmao, you guys are ******ed. Disagreeing on the the split and you have no clue what there splitting. What we do know is Amir Khan has a date on HBO For July 23, now Hbo gave an list of opponents and what they would pay. For educational purpose we'll say 4mil-Bradley,3-mil-Judah, 2-mil-ghost, now all that means is they go to Bradley(shaw) first and say 1.6, but Shaw needs a new contract so it gets bogged down. Now the Guerrero fight is easy to make from golden boys perspective, but Zab is much more marketable anywhere, but the Brits do like Vegas, and Zab outsells Guerrero, Bradley and Maidana combined there. So they offer Zab around a mil, because team Khan has it's sites set around 2-mil. Now this is not Zabs first rodeo, he knows the first offer is far from the last. This is where the fun starts, they throw it back to the media, and this is where you guys come in. Love the fight, hate the fight no matter it's all about interest. Then Schaffer can go to HBO and say look if we can get the 4 we talked for Bradley, we can get it done. HBO says ok, but in Vegas to keep production costs down. They come back to Zab and say 1.5 in Vegas and we have a fight. Now Judah may be able to get more money the next fight but the opponent will be much tougher. To be honest none of these guys want anything to do with Guerrero, this guy is coming into his own. Theres a reason Juan hasn't even mentioned his name.

I agree, Guerrero is a lose/lose, and Khan will cop some flak for taking that fight.
Cuz everybody knows that Khan will argue his way out of a Maidana rematch lol. And tbh, I'll give Khan credit as he did beat Maidana convincingly, so he shouldn't get an automatic rematch. It's not like how B-Hop got robbed in the 1st fight against Pascal, even Khan haters will agree that he beat Maidana. It's his job to get himself back into contention for Khan's belt. On the other hand, there's no legitimate reason for Khan not fighting Bradley and Judah.

The " business " side of boxing is damn boring, and never straight-forward..... I much prefer to concentrate on what happens in the ring.

But unfortunately, the business side of the game is highly relevant and is very much a necessary evil in that respect.

You made a great point there, however, I do feel that romey may have had a firm grip on this one

              Good post.
