So what? A ranking to me is subjective and based on how good the creator thinks the fighters are.

With that said, it's hard to judge how good a fighter really is when he's fighting C-level opposition, but to me a ranking is about skill and not resume.

How on earth did you come to that conclusion? Rafael obviously feels that Ward is the best in the division, hence he is put as no1 in his ranking. He feels that Bute is the second best fighter, etc etc.

I would think that Rafael consider Dirrell as retired for the moment.

Ward can fight any style he just chooses to fight dirty because it throws his competition off. Personally I think he looks a bit weight drained at SMW and will have to move up to LHW after the Super Six.

Froch is an entertaining dude who talks some good trash. He backs it up in the right and has the skills and heart of a champ. It will be either Ward or Froch winning the Super Six. Then going on to end Bute's hype if Kessler doesn't do it first.

Dirrell has a lot of talent, he reminds me of a larger Amir Khan how he fights. Maybe he should hire Ariza and grow some nads like Khan did.
