The World Boxing Association (WBA) announced the three judges who will officiate in the bantamweight title bout between champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno of Panama, and Venezuelan challenger Lorenzo "Lencho" Parra, on June 17 at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama. The three judges for this contest will be Glen Feldman (USA), Tom Miller (USA) and Enrique Portocarrero (Nicaragua). Meanwhile, the supervisor of the litigation is Argentine Jorge Emilio Graglia, and the referee be American Raul Caiz.
