I think that height and weight are factors. I don't think that Chavez Jr can make 154 anymore, not after seeing his last photos, it seems to me that he has packed too much muscle mass and wouldn't be able to go down to 154.

Cotto's power is there but doesn't carry as much at a lower weight. But I think over 12 rds, I think Cotto will still son JR.
