Calling out Lacy and Mayweather shows he is desperate for money. I guess Strikeforce isn't paying much but he have a better chance of forming a fighters union and getting paid than panhandling boxers for money.

Nick is a cool azz dude in the world of mma. Exciting fighter, chip on his shoulder but everybody but Diaz knows how Diaz/FM (or just about any other boxer) would play out in a boxing ring. Unless if it's for charity, these guys need to stay in their respective sport.
