I saw your " soapy " comments on another thread.

It humors me that you would p1ss your pants if Hopkins even looked at you.

FACT: Hopkins has NEVER refused a random blood test

FACT: Pascal has NEVER even officially requested OST's

You do understand that contractual issues are addressed during the official negotiation? Not during the press conference.

So, we read for days how Hopkins was "owning" the badly outmatched Pascal during all of the press conferences, right? Pascal was being sytematically mind-***ed, the PED accusations were OBVIOUSLY a ploy to help Pascal get back into the banter-game.

See it for what it is.

Your post just comes across as desperate justification for the refusals/actions taken by Pacquiao, but those two situations are clearly different.

        Keyword: desperate.

Come on, whats really the problem..... come on, you can tell me ?

        Who did Hopkins wreck ?

Which one of your boyhood hero's got the bash ?

ok ****** so why is he taking action to court?

being slandered outside negotiation is more valid than being slandered during negotiation? lol hahaha what world do u live in. talk about being biased.

FACT: random random blood test is not mandotory in boxing

          thus..

FACT: pac never refused random blood test.

What has Hopkins beating me or any other boxing fan up got to do with him being a dirty or clean fighter?

Look at the fanboys try and spin the two different circumstances into the same thing , only ******ed fanboys would even try .
Why keep on insisting that they have different circumstances? Why speculate on something that is not even a fact? How do you know that Hopkins would take the test if Pascal insisted on it before signing the contract?

You might also want to include in your speculations that Team Pascal must have slipped up and forgot to ask OSDT for Hopkins before signing the contract. Because if the team didn't, then they could have asked Hopkins for OSDT before signing a contract. Just following your twisted speculations.

Can't you read and understand the reason why Hopkins is now preparing to file a suit against Pascal? and what his motivations are?

                Fact is:

He already told BoxingScene how pissed he was after Pascal insisted on drug testing him. And that interview came out before the fight. Some people said he was just being Hopkins and he was just playing around...now that this lawsuit came up, I don't think what he previously said was a joke. He really was angry. That in itself tells you that his motivation comes from the fact that he has a reputation to protect. And that is the same kind of reputation that Pacquiao wanted to protect, the same reason why he filed a lawsuit against Mayweathers and GBP. In fact, Hopkins (out of his anger)_ could have proved himself by submitting himself to an OSDT test even without the signed contract, but he didn't. Why do you think?

                The facts are:
                1. Both Hopkins and Pacquiao did not take the test. They could have but they didn't. You wanna know why?
                2. Because both stated that they have honor, dignity and reputations to protect. They worked hard all their lives with discipline and sacrifice and someone would just maliciously accuse them with no evidence at all? Ever wonder why both resorted to filing a lawsuit?
                3. Both Hopkins and Pacquiao are separately filing a lawsuit against the people who accused them because both want to make things clear here that discipline, sacrifice, honor and dignity are the deepest values a human being has.

Speculation: Maybe for you, you prolly won't understand all this and why both are now filing a lawsuit because you probably don't know in the first place what hard work, discipline, sacrifice, pride and honor are all about.

So Pascal will file a countersuit against Bernard for threatening to take his life in the ring.

The issue still comes down to one thing:

                  Take The Test, Bernard!!!
                  Just Take The ****ing Test!!!!

Why does everytime they mention Pascal being Canadian they have to mention the fact that he's of haitian descent?? Seems racist to me.

WTF, you guys are like prosecuting attorneys, you don't care about facts, just want to control some ones life and put them in jail so it looks good for the team........

seriously, if all you pranksters out there want drug testing, quit putting it on a handful of fighters and start putting the pressure on the sports commissions and sanctioning bodies.

other than that, you guys are just a part of the problem, keeping and making things irrational and confusing..........

like i said in another post, prove you're not a ****phobe by sucking off a few guys publicly because i think you're a gay basher..... if you don't then you hate gays and are an evil person full of hate, but if you do, then you just let someone force you into sucking a donger........ doesn't make sense does it???

suck a **** to prove you aren't gay!!! that is basically what you guys are saying.......

The Answer is simple,Their accomplishments are unusual in boxing so i think its justified asking a fighter to take a test. And its not like the fighter who ask is not gonna take the same test either. Not taking a test make them su****ious cause what they accomplished is unprecedented and you have to consider the fact that many boxers got caught using PED`s.So why not be su****ious if they turned down a test? You could think how you wanna think but imma stay su****ious.
