Jack Mosley wants to train Jean Pascal...

Shane Mosley's father, Jack Mosley, wants to train Jean Pascal after watching him lose to Hopkins. I heard it on a radio show, he asked one of the hosts (off-air) if he could get the message out to Pascal.. The hosts discussed it among themselves on-air for a while.. Show is called on the grind and it was the may 23 episode.. You think Pascal would benefit from being trained by Jack Mosley or would it be a mistake?

If Jack MOsley can get Pascal to fight and have stamina like Mosley did at 135 and the 1st Mosley vs. De la Hoya than it can be nothing but good for Pascal IMO

Yeah, apparently Jack told the host that he sees Pascal as having the potential of a younger Shane Mosley. He doesn't want him to get rid of his current trainer but he wants to be the main trainer in the Pascal camp.

idea if you ask me. Jack isn't bad like yall say he is. Plus he will be more focus since he don't have to worry bout it being his son fighting.

jack Moley is a hype job I grew up in California I boxed amatuer in the 70's and 80's and Tony Cerda was the head coach in Pomona who trained Richie and Alberto Sandaval he also trained Albert Davilla, Jack Molsey was nothing but spit bucket handler. Mosley learned his trade by watching the Sandavol brothers, Davilla and Tony Cerda. Pomona had boxing shows once a month and I never seen Jack Mosley work the corner for anyone from Pomona Boxing club only Tony Cerda from someone that knows more than most on Pomona boxing .Mosley got his stamina by using EPO stop being ****** and learn your facts

Damn, interesting. Conditioning is Pascal's main problem too.

How come there`s no "hell to the no option"?Anyways,Pascal Career would go down the drain if Jack Mosley trained Pascal,Jack is not a good defensive trainer.Pascal needs a good defensive and offensive trainer and a good conditioner.

it's not getting any better with his muscles built up the way they are either

his bodytype (natural or likely augmented by weight training) is not conducive to a complete 12 round boxing match

those big muscles are going to need to take breaks and work in spurts
thats where he gets his power from
and where all of his deficiencies lie (other than the obvious lack of boxing skill. i'm talking about physically)

I dont know that Jack Mosley is the answer, but Pascal definitely needs to make some changes. He has talent, but seems a bit raw and his conditioning isnt great to say the least.
