Well it's not natural weight gain is it?

Pacquiao made the decision to move up in weight an put on muscle, its easy to put on 30 pounds of muscle over 3 years if you train properly. I think the issue isn't the weight gain, I mean David Haye put on 30 pounds of muscle going up to heavyweight but you don't see anyone raving about that.

The issue most people seem to have is that Pacquiao has retained his speed and power as he's moved up.

Look at their walk around weight and what they weight at fight night instead of weigh in.
        Do the math...
For Example a lhw walks around at 195, comes to the weigh in at 175 and at fight night he is 185(rehydrated) but there are crazier examples.

A few years ago I was 5'9 1/2'' at 154 but I bulked up to 187 last year, but could still make 175. Now I'm raw 172 and would struggle to make 160
