    Oscar did not stay at 160

    Manny did not stay at 154

    Floyd did not stay at 154

    There must be a reason they did not campaign of such division for long. That said IMO PW prime or not can't beat Martinez even at 154.

          I admit, I don't think that highly of Martinez. He's good, very good, but Whitaker was great. Even at 154.

                Fight is a mis match.

                Martinez is a very good fighter.

                Pea was a very GREAT fighter. Big difference.
