If Shaw is the problem with Bradley, then...

why doesn't he just wait officially wait until June 30th to sign the contract, but come to an agreement beforehand for the Khan fight? Sign the contract the day after his Shaw contract expires and just have Golden Boy be his promoter for the fight or full time.

I guess it would be too risky for Khan and Bradley to be training without 100% knowing the fight will be on, but it just seems like maybe a possible solution for the fight to happen on July 23rd without Shaw.

That being said, Bradley's excuses are very weak. He says he doesn't want to be the puppet, but also Shaw isn't doing a good enough job promoting him. You are the puppet if your promoter is getting your name out there like that. That's just how boxing works.

He's getting a very good contract for the Khan fight, which is a winnable fight for him, and he's contradicted himself on saying "The contract with Shaw is June 30th, so I should have a fight on June 30th" when he has told members of the media that the Khan fight was going to happen on July 23rd.

Bradley has put himself in a ****hole and shouldn't expect HBO to dig him out for his actions.

%age that khan didn't want. bradley will leave shaw and go to top rank.

He's not going to make more money at Top Rank then he will if he fights Khan. Yeah he can go to Top Rank and fight who..Mike Alvarado? Brandon Rios? Those fights won't make **** compared to Khan.

The Khan fight isn't asking for an extension or anything like that. He would make much more money now and then potentially be available later too.

Arum could set him up against Pac. Is that less $$ than Khan?
You don't think bob had not discuss this with him?

That's the obvious solution warp, but I keep hearing schaefer talking about how they're not waiting and blah blah. Obviously Tim can't let it be known that he's thinking about this option while under contract with shaw, but your solution is what he's saying between the lines I think.

Well Bob can't legally discuss that with him. If he did, then he could get sued. Besides Pacquiao is fighting Marquez in November. Pacquiao Bradley would happen in May 2012, maybe later if Mayweather resumes fighting. That's 10 months from now or later. Bradley could make serious bank off of Khan and that would help expand his name.

              It's worth the risk.

Maybe Arum is discussing that in the background through 3rd party. Who knows?
Bradley vs Pac would be a huge payday for Tim. And why does anyone think Mayweather's return to boxing would have quick or it would against Pac??
Maybe Tim doesn't think the risk is worth it. I mean HE is the one after all that has the whole picture.

Bradley has said multiple times he doesn't want to fight Khan this year.

The only problem he has with Shaw is that he's not making easy money fights for him, but what he doesn't or refuses to realize is that he has NO FANS. Nobody will pay to see him fight easier opponents.
