Why do American boxingfans love to hate these guys?!

I think the guys that they love to hate most right now are Vic D and Chris John, along with a few others I can't remember right now. Both Vic and Chris are among the best fighters today and they certainly bring something good to the sport, each in its own way. Why can't American fans just appreciate it instead of having to judge them by some bs criterias?!

I also noticed quite a lot Americans on the forums really hate Khan. I can kinda understand that, he's not exactly the most sympathetic boxer today, but he's also a top 10 p4p guy.

America loves Vic Darchinyan, he was poorly promoted, IMO. Dude had star written all over him, it's too bad, it's too late now.

I rate him up there with Hamed and Pacquiao as far as excitement in the ring. His fights are "a must see".

**** Chris John!!! What has he done in theast few years???? Darchinyan is a d*ck, never was a fan of his. Pretty good fighter but don't really care much for him. Race has nothing to do with it either. I can't stand Mexicans and I still rooted for 1 to beat Vic, just cuz I like Mares more.

never was a fan of vic, he doesnt have enuff skill for me. but i do respect him and i dont hate him. i watch most of his fights. i like chris john, but like walt said, he never fights.

I haven't seen ANY American hate on Darchinyan or Chris John... Hell, Chris John never gets talked about at all.
