Haye is a very disciplined fighter imo. He'll talk about coming in for the kill and knocking Vlad out in three, but he'll opt to run all night and come in with a few flashy combos. Haye by decision.

Well, i think Hayes power is good but overrated by some. Its still his only chance to knock Wladimir out, he has not the stamina and workrate to outbox Wlad in a 12 round fight, especially in germany. Im not saying Haye cant win on points in germany but if its a close fight no way Haye will get the decision so he has to win at least 8-9 rounds to get the decision.

Personally I think Haye's chances of catching Wlad with something diminish the longer the fight goes. I'd be shocked if David were to win a decision, especially if he only throws 10 or 12 punches a round, like in the Valuev fight. It will be interesting to see what Wlad does if Haye is able to consistently counter off of his jab, but I just don't see that happening. And I think Haye will find Wlad considerably harder to avoid for 12 rounds than Valuev.
