    Small, Average and Big.

Small- Top Weight 140 lbs. Im sorry to all the fans of dwarf/amputee boxing, but anything below 130 to most people is just a novelty. If the max weight for the small division was 140, assuming all the guys in that range would move down to 140, the top fighter for me is Floyd Mayweather.

Average- this is your average human being, top weight 180 lbs. Right now I would go with BHop. At 180 I think hed beat anyone out there.

Big- open weight class, im going with the big bro, Vitali. I know Wlad is also nearly unbeatable right now, but Vitali's iron chin protects him from flukes. They wont fight eachother so that doesnt matter and itd be near impossible to predict accurately due to the psychological aspect.

I'm gonna go with Pac (Floyd can't make 140 anymore or without serious weight draining,) Chad Dawson (he beats Pascal in a rematch and Hopkins as well at this stage, though him and Ward would be a good fight) and Wlad (Vitali is 40 and slowing down significantly.)

Haha, Id fight that fat, bald, poor dude anytime. I just dont want to deal with some old pervert trying to phone sex me and stuff. The guy is like 50 years old, near death, asthmatic, and probably has diabetes. I assumed heart failure would get to him before I ever did. Look at my body dude, do you see how hard it is? Do you see the perfect combination of lean muscle and power? Now look at that clown. Its not my fault he's poor. He wanted to try to set me up for him and his friends to try to **** me down south in the hills of appalachia or something. I told him 1. Where I live and 2. Where I box and 3. The dates and times I will be at the gym. He said, "I gotta go meet my lawyer I have some stuff we have to deal with." Which to me means either he is bankrupt or he's a child ******or. Either way, why would I risk going to jail for murder to kill someone who is barely alive? Do you know how often I have sex dude? All of the time. Multi-cultural sex. I get that youare mad that I have proven to be ****ing a hot Phillipino girl, I understand how much that hurts, I understand how it must replay through your mind over and over that when I take her from behind I call he Manny and make her call me Floyd. I am not a hard man to find and would gladly beat him to death, but dont expect me to take time out of my busy life to fly down somewhere and have to fight him, and most likely his crew of geriatric meth heads.

Wladimir would very obviously beat Vitali at this point and time. Hell, I think he would have beaten Vitali at Vitali's best(even Vitali said so), but against near 40 Vitali? no doubt Wladimir would win.

your comments on weight classes below 140 are unfairly disparaging.
