Smith did say he was moving down to Middleweight after the DeGale fight so presume he will take the fight at that weight.

i doubt he will get Barker, Matchroom have already said they want Barker and kell Brook fighting for a world title on the same bill in a big ppv showcase in october

Yeah, I know he did definitely announce he was moving back down to Middleweight though. Maybe he changed his mind!
