Corley- Corley was shot to pieces and Maidana looked horrible arguably lost that fight.

Khan- Lost 9 rounds out of 12

Morales- Erik was a very small JWW, shot to pieces with just one and and still made Maidana look horrible. Arguably Maidana shouldn't had received the W in this fight.

How does this run earn you a 2nd shot at the title?

Hell, I even prefer Khan-Morales over Khan-Maidana.

Yeah it may be BS but that's the way it is. Morales - Maidana was for the interim belt, and because Maidana got it (arguably) he now has a very quick chance of getting he full title against Khan.

Would rather see Khan v Maidana II than Khan v Guerrero or Judah, tbh, so bring it on.

Same here..i think Maidana was getting close to winning that fight near the end. If it lasted another round or 2, he might have done it. I would love to see a rematch.

Guerrero is a fight I'd like to see him avoid. Guerrero doesn't even deserve a shot at Khan and I see less reward in that than a Judah fight overall, unless anyone wants to convince me otherwise on either count.


It's not that I wouldn't enjoy seeing a FOTY rematch (Khan-Maidana II), it just feels like Amir should be meeting other titlists now.

They had a great fight the first time around so surely a rematch would draw big numbers. I dont think a rematch will be as entertaining though as I reckon Khan will take it in style.

Huh? Maidana already landed that one punch. Khan took it, survived, and won. it wasn't even close.
