Merchant is on manny's nuts. Why do you think Manny is finally going to fight JMM now. It has always been my opinion they would fight Marquez once he started to age. Why didn't Manny take the immediate rematch in 2008? He turned down 6 mill to move up and fight Diaz for half that. This fight should have happened at 135 about 2-3 years ago.

Pac fought Marquez and beat twice. What do you want him to do, fight Marquez 10 times to satisfy you? Certainly you didn't know Marquez turned down 750k was offered to him in 2nd rematch. Instead he went to Indonesia and fought Chris John for 35k.

Whoever thinks that MANNY PACQUIAO owes the boxing world an act of ******y by facing ORTIZ or MARTINEZ is ******. He is a legend who became so by fighting the absolute best. He doesn't owe anybody anything. MARTINEZ has unfinished challenges in his career that MANNY has already bled for. And so does ORTIZ. One victory doesn't make you a contender. There are two fights that MANNY should fight. One is doing in Novemeber and the other one is against MAYWEATHER. If after he retires MARQUEZ, he still can't get the coward MAYWEATHER to dance, RETIRE! He's proved all he needed to prove. Noone has ever won eight legit titles in seven different weight classes. Nobody gets mad at fighters like HOPKINS and MAYWEATHER for not fighting the best, but has an opinion on those fighters who will fight anybody. That's why I've always respected OSCAR. He fought the best! MAYWEATHER is a coward and so is KHAN for not taking the JUDAH challenge. I liked KHAN, but he'll CHASE BRADLEY but won't fight another champion in JUDAH. WHY? Because he knows he can lose.

i bet roach is secretly shook right now. he knows in his mind pacquiao is very much the same fighter and marquez still got his number. but he's banking big on JMM doing shit above 140 and at 37 years of age. this has all the intangibles of a patterned circus fight that the public will eat up because it's pacquiao vs a big name. this will make him the GOAT once again like after he beat margarito... anyone remember that shit?

I don't know if Roach is shook. But both guys are much slower now. It really depends on the relative speed btw the two and how JMM's ring generalship in making PAC constantly moving forward. Don't you think uncle Bob will consult with Roach before breaking a cash cow?
