I feel bad for David Diaz. He's such a good guy, took his beating vs Pac like a man and since then the former champion has been relegated to "tune up" status. That's boxing I guess. It's true that he's only a club fighter at best but it's hard not to root for the guy.

I remember during the Pac broadcast, Lampley mentioned he was driving an old beat up Honda with no air conditioning. Here's hoping you get a nice paycheck David!

Yea i agree with you, except I really don't see Diaz as a great tune-up outside of him being a southpaw. nos disrepect to a warrior like diaz.....but No speed, no footwork, not dynamic at all.....I am sure there are other quicker southpaws out there who would fit the bill.

Seems more of an opportunity to get JMM some highlight footage and a possible KO win going into Pac. it's great for promotion but isn't serving JMM any, imo.
