Mosley, Vargas and Quartey were peaking when they fought Oscar. Vargas was handled by Trinidad, but he was freakishly strong against Oscar thanks to steroids and wasn't shop worn. I'll admit Pac was a money grab, but that doesn't change the fact that he's shared the ring with three prime pound for pound #1's in his career (Mayweather, Mosley, Pac). I won't include Chavez or Whitaker.
