Just watching Carl Thompsons fight with Eubank and when Eubanks eye was beginning to swell, Thompsons trainer Billy Graham said between rounds "thumb his ****ing eye out!" ..

Eubank was winning every round against Thompson in both fights before his left eye shut. I think his eye was completely closed in the first fight after eight rounds and completely closed in the second fight after five rounds, although in the second fight his eye was nowhere near as swelled up as in the first fight, infact in the second fight as you can see in the pic below it was more flat than swelled come the end (his eye hadn't healed in time for the second fight, there was still some visible slight swelling there from the first fight).
