Floyd knows Pac can beat him, I liken him to a Cheetah, he can run fast and take down prey but would he fight a wild dog if it risks injury? no he'd just move on to another kill. He knows 1 loss would ruin him at this stage, lets be honest you only pay to see him lose at this point, where as you pay for Pacquiao's exciting fights.
I don't think Pacquiao is afraid of Maywea per se but I think Arum would prefer to milk him for all the money he can get without fighting Floyd as he too knows Pacquiao could lose and then lose all his drawing power.
