If they brawl Mayweather will lose. Mayweather controls tempo and range throwing accurate punches and limiting his opponents punch output with feints, jabs to the body, counter punching etc. If Pac could fight inside AT ALL I think this fight would be 50/50, but the kind of pressure that Pac applies to opponents is not the type of pressure that bothers Mayweather. Mayweather will utilize the clinch A LOT in this fight and probably hit Manny with 15-20 check hooks while coming out of the clinch. I would also bet Floyd lands 30-40 lead right hands and a fair amount of lead left hooks as well. This fight is all about pace, if they fight at Floyd's pace he will win, if they fight at Manny's pace he will win. it's just hard to envision Floyd getting into a fire right with Manny, he's too smart and too experienced, I think he will control the pace and make it a boxing match, and if you think Manny outboxes May over 12 rounds then you're just smoking something.
    perfect you rock man!
at the end skiils win and pacman is just to ****** for floyd
no way in hell floyd will be in there when many come in, floyd will fight at range all the time with jab jab jab lead right clinch...

i think floyd will come forward after manny feel the pain of the body punches

It's going to be a boring fight, believe me. That's why this fight need not be rushed. It's also fine if it won't happen at all. I'd like to see it but I can't imagine it to be an entertaining fight at all. Awarding millions to a boring fight doesn't seem right.

I'd prefer an Ortiz fight for Pac's last fight.

If an old Mosley can still run without riding a bike, Floyd will even be faster. Pac would not dare to catch Floyd. It will be at his own peril. Besides, the killer instinct in Pac is long gone. He's become content winning in the score cards.

Also Pac is becoming more focused on defense these days, so I won't expect him to be more daring in this fight.

Yes you are right. Floyd will warn the referee about Pac dirty tactics (even though Pac asnt got any) and then proceed to elbow Pac when the ref cant see.

If Floyd has no legs then Mosley was stuck in quicksand and still Manny couldnt catch and kill him .
Floyd doesn't move like he used to. If you watch the Corrales fight you see him moving. Then watch the Mitchell fight and he's not moving as much and posturing more. Next watch the JMM fight and you'll see a much more flat footed Floyd that starts to only bend at the waist when being attacked.

I'm not saying that Floyd isn't a defensive wizzard or a great fighter, but his movement has become less and less over the years. The proof is there. It's not just some mythical creation. If he stands in front of Manny like that, my opinion is that he will get hit.

              All I see is Chavez-Whitaker.

An unsatisfying fight that does not live up to the hype, and settles nothing.

correct. Against Corrales he was unbelievable....he was moving his whole body out of the way. I wouldn't read anything into the Mitchell fight, he was fighting aggressively. You can notice his movement isn't as good after the Baldomir fight......he moved incredibly well in the Baldo fight, but against JMM and Shane he wasn't as quick with his feet as he has been in the past......this is what worries me in a MP fight. If it was the Floyd who fought Baldomir he would make it an incredibly boring fight and just pot shot Manny to death.....i'm not sure he has the legs to do that for 12 rds anymore.

It wont be. Pac is an ambush fighter, and Floyd likes to counter guys like that. It will be a chess match.

Its obvious he does not move like a LW , he is a matured more experienced fighter today , how on earth can you say he must be as he used to be or he is done , that is ludicrous man , you only need to look at the limited movement of Mosley compared to the current Mayweather , you dont have to be a genius to see the trouble that it presented Manny , and Mosley with no trigger and definitely no legs survived and cut Mannys work rate in 1/2 ,,,

come on open your eyes to reality , Floyd has the tools to embarrass Manny whether you acknowledge that fact or not , Manny has the tools to KO him he doesnt have the tools to out box Floyd , he has a punchers chance of winning the fight as does anybody with KO power ,, the chances of landing that KO on one of the greatest ring general tacticians in history is slim , and the bookmakers odds will reflect that chance is slim , I believe Floyd will be a red hot betting favorite to win the fight and with logical reason .
