Groves would beat him. Jeffries has been a pretty bad pro up to now, who from what it seems lacks a real fighter mentallity. When the going gets tough, he dosen't seem to react very well.
He has already drew with 18-25 Journyman Michael Banbula, in a fight which he deserved a loss. And he got a pretty lucky decision against another journyman Nathan King from what I saw.
