Yeah that was a veteran move by Pascal.

But yeah this ref was a joke. His accent was annoying. His yelling was annoying. He missed 2 knockdowns and didnt warn Pascal ONCE about rabbit punching.

His accent was annoying? man you need to accept that not all people talk like you and are from where you reside. That statement is very ignorant and smacks of arrogance.

I think this is clearly a KD. Punch caused pascal to go to the canvas.



Pascal to his credit though did a good job pointing at the canvas to trick the ref like it was the advertisement, slick move.

Forget about that KD, Hopkins won, let's look at the beautiful quick right hand Hopkins threw, then immediately ducks out of the way using great head movement and really quick feet. I mean wow, at 46, how can you move like that? Fighting like that, you can hear him say he'll be fighting until he's 50 and actually take him serious. When you fight like that against 26-29 year olds[Pavlik, Pascal, Ornelas] go ahead and fight for 5 more years, he not only deserves it, but he's also a threat to everyone from 168-175.


Although i'd like to know what he meant when he said, he wants Chad Dawson next, then after him Bute, and after he beats Bute he'll "move on to bigger and better things". Do you think that was a subliminal message to moving up in weight? "bigger" and better things? What fights are bigger than Dawson and Bute other than a fight with the Super6 winner which is really not that "big" of a fight. IMO, I think he's planning to move up in weight.

Bernard doesnt really care about the KD as he had won and in the post fight interview he said it was a slipped. Damn doesnt the commissioner test those advert whether it was slippery or not. It can really influence a match if the fight is a close fight.
