He means the second movie. Matrix Reloaded. I think Roy is friends with Will and Jada Pinket Smith or something and he got in the movie.

This scene is actually from Matrix the videogame for original xbox. Its a bonus scene that you had to unlock for bonus.

Yes. He's also in the second movie in a few scenes here and there, no fighting ones though.

Yeah he has a couple of scenes in Reloaded. One at the beginning when the different captains meet inside the matrix to discuss the oncoming invasion. Another scene when the council is preparing for war and accepting volunteers for a rescue mission.

He has a couple of lines, both delivered well. Good presence.
