James Degale clearly has a lot of talent but but Mcdonnell is the wrong man to be training him, not only does he need someone who can get the best out of his skills and devise tactics to suit but he also needs someone who can keep him grounded, his ego was a big factor in that loss last night and Mcdonnell has done nothing but fuel that!
