Why was the hopkins fight ppv?

I thought it was supposed to be on HBO, i was pumped to watch it last night and saw it was $69.99 for HD PPV. Wasnt it just supposed to be HBO, that shouyldnt have been a ppv fight, but maybe its cause im in Canada and only got HBO canada?

FREE here....... looks like you got jobbed........ either way, it was worth ten times more than the pac mosley ppv, we actually saw a REAL fight, not a sparring session.
