yeah, Byrdy has slowed down a bit with age, but his technique is great. a fighter with great technique doesn't need to depend on reflexes. fighters that depend on technique have long careers

I think it will be a close fight. I am going with Williams to win on points in a close fight, and Byrd going down once or twice, that being the deciding factor in the scoring.

Actually a few of us picked Byrd by KO. I think Byrd's power is underrated - it's decent - and Williamson's chandelier chin is gonna be tested many times over. Byrd still has the skills even though he's slowed down, and he's got a big heart. Unless TOS gets lucky with his right hand, he's won't be the one standing at the end.

TOS by kayo, Byrd has been surviving on borrowed time for far too long now. his reign will end here by a 38 year old fighter who knows this is his one and only chance at being champion. TOS has decent kayo power.

What makes you think that TOS will KO byrd?

TOS has a strong right hand, Byrd was dropped heavily in his fight against McCline, and if you watched the slo mo replay his eyes rolled back. Byrd has slowed alot. even though MCcline is huge he is not a huge puncher. TOS has just as much power on a right hand. Byrd has been lucky to retain his title the last 3 times. he isn't getting younger and he has been terribly inactive. where as TOS has fought alot this year and needs this fight more than byrd does at this point.
