That had no relevance whatsoever. Why do you think Hopkins took on WRIGHT of all people after winning the Ring belt?!? Because, after getting a win over a drained Tarver, he knew that was as good win as he could have against a true lhw. He fought Calzaghe, coming up from smw and expected to be the stronger man, but he screwed himself there. Johnson stopped Montell Griffin in 2007 and had 2 more solid wins after that. Before that he lost by a controversial SD to Woods. Why didn't Hopkins call out Woods? No, he just didn't want no part of a strong and good lhw like Glen.
