it wouldn't be motivated just as i don't feel Klitschko have to bend to Povetkins desire for OST.
They don't have the leverage do demand it. If b-hop wants to do it fine, but his status outshines his opponents greatly, and they should be the one bending to demands.

Pascal pulled a Floyd and tried to sully Hopkins' name with his 'take the test' bull****. Just a convenient excuse for a guy who knew he was, and was going to be outclassed again. Figured if he was going to be schooled and embarrassed twice by a guy old enough to be his father, might as well have some excuse ready and try to taint a historical win.

There should be one Boxing commission, one commissioner, and ALL fighters should have to adhere to their testing protocols, whatever they may be. All this special rules and outside agencies for certain fights only policy is horse****.

Boxing seriously needs to be reorganized, it's the picture of ***********.

But Schaeffer said other fighters have to take OST when fighting GBP fighters. So, why no OST on Pascal-Hopkins.
