Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas - At the Arena Metropolitan, WBC super flyweight champion Tom�s Rojas (36-12-1, 24KOs) of Veracruz retained his title by stopping Jalisco's Juan Jos� "Goofy" Montes (19-2, 12KOs) in twelve rounds. The challenger was unable to come out for the final round.
