Does Jean Pascal has some kind of hidden victory we are missing? His display vs. Dawson was intriguing, but the way he gassed combined with an opportune headbutt (which had it been delivered by an American, we know the claims that would have been made) makes that win less than glorious in my book. I don't you don't give him credit for the Diaconu wins, so what has Pascal done that is so special?

What don't you understand about the thread? The point is the guy is not world class and can't beat a top guy in the division. Yeah, he built rounds up against Dawson and was awarded victory but that was fluke victory due to Dawsons rust and a cut allowing the fight to end and Pascal escape. He lost both fights to Hopkins and lost to Froch and all these fights were on his soil. Jean Pascal is not a world class fighter and can never beat the guys that actually matter in this division. Cloud and Cleverly would probably stop him as well.

Pascal just can't be that good because for 8 rounds of the fight he isn't very active, and you can't afford that on the top level. The dude needs to do something about his stamina. Stamina is what cost him the Froch fight as well. It was very even until Froch pulled away after the 5th.
