You also need to give Hopkins trainer, NAZ, a lot of credit.
Hopkins was losing the fight early on and was getting off of his game ..... that is, trading big shots with Pascal.
When Hopkins came back to the corner after one of the early rounds (4th or 5th?), NAZ straightened Hopkins out. Hopkins followed NAZ's orders to the tea and the rest is history.Last edited by ADP02; 05-22-2011, 12:28 AM.

I did however think the ref blew a knockdown call or two, especially in the 10th round I thought that was a clear KD.
regardless, happy with the outcome. I just think that ref sucks.

ah well, full credit to Hopkins. The man deserves respect period for beating any top fighters at his age.

Give it up haters for " The Great " Bernard Hopkins.
And, I do expect you all to remember to use his official title when referring to him in future discussions..... " The Great " !!
