Were You Impressed with Denis Lebedev?

Were you impressed with Denis Lebedev in the Jones fight? And how has your opinion of him changed?

Personally I thought Jones won 2 to 3 rounds in the fight, and I also noticed that Roy was able to land some nice right hands.

Mind you, Lebedev also did some great work along the ropes, some great body shots, and good pressure. And of course the KO punch sequence was good skill from him.

Even if it had gone to the cards, I felt Lebedev was leading the fight and would have won comfortably.

Overall, Id say I am impressed with Lebedev because of his finishing instinct, punching power, and ability to deal with adversity (Roy was a competitive opponent and didn't come to lose).

I was impressed with Lebedev, and as a final note Ill say that I think Lebedev could have got this KO a lot sooner. It almost seemed like Denis and Roy were friends and Lebedev was almost carrying Jones for the fight.

Impressed he decided to stop carrying Jones, and get done what he could have done AT ANY POINT in the fight. Jones sealed his own fate in the 10th when he showboated and made Denis upset, dumb move Roy, go to sleep.

That's pretty much it right there. He obviously has respect/felt sorry for Roy and didn't want to embarass him. That is up until the 10th when he got rocked, and Roy was celebrating because of it. I wouldn't be impressed at anyone beating Roy at this point in his career, he's just too far gone.

I wasn't gonna be impressed from this fight even if Denis finished off Roy within 3 rounds , cant take much from a fight against a shot legend . You could see Denis wasn't going 100 % which led to him eating few big punches which he hasn't against lets say Huck .
Green vs Lebedev is what I want to see , fight location could be interesting here .
