This is what I dont understand about FLoyd/Manny...

Its going on two years and Mayweather hasn't been in the ring for whatever reason? Does anybody know? He claims that if Manny takes the test the fight is on...

Here's where I get confused about floyd...If Manny comes out right now and says "Give me the test and lets fight in the fall". Will floyd stop what he's doing and jump straight into the Manny fight? Not saying he cant but logically will he?

Here is where Manny Pacquiao loses me.....Floyd hasnt been active in going on two years. If there's any chance at beating FLoyd i'd say beating him off a almost 2 year layoff would be his best chance....WHY ISNT HE CALLING FLOYDS BLUFF....the man is inactive, and probably has ring rust WHY NOT CALL FOR THE FIGHT???...

These two fighters make no sense when it comes to this fight...i honestly dont get it..

Manny doesnt care whether the fight happens or not. He doesnt need to make 50 million in one fight because he is active and fights 2 times a year.

Floyd doesnt appear to want it, but pretends he does and puts the blame on the other guy. How is testing really a credible excuse? No one buys that garbage.

Remember, this is Floyd we're talking about. He picks the best guys with big names that generate big money. Guys he can beat. He is an expert matchmaker. The DLH fight was a PPV blockbuster. I gotta feeling he knows exactly what a Pac-May would be..

My guess is he is milking this for all its worth because it will be his last fight. But thats a 20 percent probability. 80 percent says he is just a plain coward.

pacquiao: I'll fight gayweather if the fans want it.

duckweather: I'll fight when I feel like it

it's pretty clear who is holding up the fight (wifebeater is)

you guys are all being fooled by the pr stunts. The real mental chess going on between floyd and pac isnt even about testing. Its about floyd trying to get pac to wear down fighting all the bigger guys he wouldnt while preserving himself then taking down pac whilr at the height of a winning streak but physically and mentally battered.

Pac meanwhile realizes that he holds all the cards against floyd because floyd is not going to come out of retirement for anything less than him. So he is gonna keep building his legacy by staying active forcing floyd to either stay in retirement or taking a sham of a match thatll be a ppv failure.

floyd is on extended vacation so he can't fight at the moment.

pac's can't fight without peds so he won't take the test.

            thtats all.

He's really not preserving himself though.

Floyd biggest attributes are his speed, timing, and reflexes. Speed and reflexes goes away with age. And, Floyd is aging, all 3 go way with inactivity especially timing. Floyd is very inactive. Floyd sitting on the shelf is not helping him at all. Matter of fact it might deteriorating him.

So I don't get why people believe that Floyd is just waiting for Pac slow down.

At the end day. I see it as neither fighter wants the fight. Pac does NOT want to fight Floyd. And, Floyd does NOT want to fight Pac. They're not eager to fight each other. Both are OK if the fight never happens that pretty much is clear. Both fighters, BOTH, deserve blame for this fight not taking place.

Yeah I guess Floyd is Benjamin button. Hes getting younger, sharper, faster and stronger while sitting on the couch in a strip club.

Dumb Pac fans flood this site with dumb stuff like this constantly.

These two fighters make no sense when it comes to this fight...i honestly dont get it..

First of all Mayweather fought Mosley last year...I don't even know how you ask a question and don't even have the correct information...2nd I don't know how many times Arum has has stated that his not dealing with GBP...why do you think Mosley had to leave GBP and now JMM is leaving to get a fight with Pac...I don't know why people can't understand this...For the record Manny Pacquiao signed a contract with GBP first then signed with TopRank...after the courts settled the contract dispute TopRank pays GBP 25% of the fights earnings...TopRank(Bob Arum) takes his cut from Manny which is 27%...so thats 52% of Pac's money GONE right there...not including everybodies eles cut...trainer, manager, cut man, Ariza ect. Oh yeah I forget about Uncle Sam...35% of your take home pay...Manny might make a lot of money but he don't see a lot of money...thats why he's fighting two times a year...it take 3 fights for Manny to see the kind of money Floyd sees in 1 fight...hate if you like but this is real talk...this aint about no ******* this or no Flamo this...its about MONEY...the whole blood test thing is about TopRank asking for 50/50 split...so Mayweather says take the test...TopRank say NO...Mayweather says ok give me 60/40 or 70/30 split...Top Rank say NO...why because they know Pacquiao ain't gonna see **** for Money that will be the biggest earning fight in the history of the sport and Bob Arum will get exposed for what he really is...Can you follow? Picture this: Floyd get 70 million after PPV earnings...Pacquaio gets 30 or 40 million after PPV earnings but then Bob gets his cut 27% = $10,800,000 million for Arum that leaves $29,200,000...now GBP gets there cut 25% = 7,300,000 for GBP that leaves $21,900,000 for Manny who has the IRS saying we want are cut 35% of earnings another $7,665,000 for the Uncle Sam that leaves $14,235,000 million for Manny to split with his team...DAMN!...Well the fight happen...NO...if doesn't make dollars it doesn't make sense and when crunch the numbers this fight will not happen unless they place the fight somewhere it can generate close to 200 million...Dallas maybe...South Africa maybe...
