At least Shaw looks out for Bradley's well being and puts him in good fight for good money. Arum will use Bradley as cannon fodder for the Pacquiao machine, and once he has been destroyed for $3m, he will be padding Top Rank undercards for the rest of his career.
Wanting to leave Shaw is not a legitimate excuse for destroying this fight.

I hate Arum but this **** is funny.
Amir Khan is a GBP fighter. So Bradley vs Khan will be as easy to make as Mayweather vs Pacquiao, meaning impossible, if Bradley goes to Top Rank.

I sense the greasy hands of Bob Arum operating behind the scenes.
Expect to see Bradley sign with Top Rank after his contract with Shaw runs out. Or at the very least you will see Bradley be Pac's next opponent after JMM.
Timmy is keeping quite so as not to reveal the tampering that Arum is doing.
