Mayweather beat better opposition than Hatton. And the reason why this fight is taking place is because people continue to duck him left and right. Other than Tszyu, Hatton hadnt really faced much world class competition. Mayweathers resume is far more impressive than Hatton's and thats a fact nobody can deny. At some point you have to consider why world class competition isnt exactly coming to him. Mayweather has to take this fight to fulfill a november date for HBO, whereas Hatton and Warren were voluntarily taking bums for the sake of it. I dont see Hatton going out of his way to fight mayweather, so its not a double standard at all

I agree that Mayweather has a better resume than Hatton... But I also think that Tszyu is a far better fighter than anyone Mayweather's ever faced, so it kinda balances its self out.

I tend to think that Mayweather stops big fights from happening because he's always bitching about money.

Mayweather has said that he will not fight Hatton anywhere except the U.S. Well Hatton's the champion and he's the bigger ticket seller... Yet Hatton has to do everything Mayweather's way if they're ever to fight?

That doesn't sound like someone that's making any kind of effort to get these fights made.

Alright. You have a point. That was a very tough fight, but I'm not too sure that's the reason he's doing what you say he's doing. Let's face it, man his record is more padded than an American Football player.
After Mausa is he fighting Mayweather? If not, who is he fighting? And after that person, will he be fighting Mayweather? If Not....**** him.
