Human beings come up with rules in order to promote social harmony and progress. Sometimes those rules are expressed as laws and other times as religious beliefs. Without rules to restrict human behavior and other biological imperatives to some extent, we would still be eating other people's flesh because it just tastes too good or taking a dump in public anytime we feel like it.

With or without the RH Bill, sex with minors are already given. Below 18 yrs old are now exposed to sex. like or not sex is already common to minors and the catholic church doesn't even have any resolution to that.

Sex education is part of the RH Bill. Sex education doesn't mean that you encourage them to have sex but guide them what is true meaning of sex on when to have it. That's part of it.

Yes the "Go and multiply" is only applicable for Class A and B families. How about those family who doesn't have any job? Encourage them to have 8 children? how will they provide for that? 80% of the population in the philippines can only afford 2-4 children.

Withdrawal is the same as condom.
