I don't wish it to anyone but that's a part of boxing.Roy is one of them people who doesn't know when to stop and to be honest I think shane mosley is in a worse state than roy..mosley is smiling and laughing 24/7 that can't be normal..and his speech seems off way sometimes too.

People are overlooking his clash in eastern europe against the very dangerous Denis Lebedev.

is Jones broke or something, he said years ago after watching gerald get brain damage that he vowed to not let this happen to him. But the way hes going i can see it happening to him.

Hes had a brutal knockdown(in austrlia) and some schoolings from hopkins, and a monster schooling from the all time great calzaghe etc.

I think Lebedev knows what thte deal is, and if after the first round he knows he has got the W in the bag, he won't press for the KO.

and yeah i heard roy got popped with like a few million from the IRS. He's probably not in debt, but if he wants to be able to live comfortably while only making 40-50k a year from HBO he needs this payday.

I doubt it. I heard something before a RJJ fight like 3 years ago...think it was the Trinidad fight..maybe not. Anyways, the commentators were saying that Roy said he doesn't even need to fight but wants to fight as he has around 90 million in the bank already.

He is just prideful, remember that this guy was once thought of as best p4p guy in the world, untouchable.....Ya'll musta forgot!

I think he will be alright. Jones needs confidence in himself, that is what he lacks...he wtill has the speed and power to beat almost anyone but his mind is cracked. I say he pulls an upset this weekend..just going out on a limb but I think he is going to push himself because everyone has written him off.
