    Danny Green vs. Antonio Tarver

Hey guys, this is my first post I have been lurking around these forums for a long time no but never got around to registering, so I finally took that step.. so im happy to be here!

But yeah I found this video and I actually find it really funny. Its the press conference between Green and Tarvar for their upcoming fight.

I tried up loading it but it wont let me because I am new here.. But if you search 'Green vs Tarver Press Conference' into youtube it will come up straight away (maybe someone could post the URL up for me!)

In the video, Tarver claims that himself and Green are the best two cruiserweights in the world at the moment haha.. is he serious?

I am an Aussie and dont get me wrong I love Green but really who has he fought? He knocked out an old washed up RJJ and now he is most likely in my eyes demolish an older, slower Tarver. I do think that he has the ability to test some of the best in the division, but what is this fight going to prove for him?

He should go over to the states and fight some bigger names in the weightclass (looks like he wont though.. turning into another anthony mundine). I would love to see him go at Steve Cunningham or even Marco Huck. He needs to win a REAL world title belt, such as the WBA, WBC, WBO or even IBF.... But really what is the point of fighting an old washed up fighter such as Tarver? Im thinking just $$ but mmmm i dont know.

But Tarver used to be a really solid fighter but he has since fallen from grace and in my eyes is not highly rated anymore.

What do you guys think and what is your prediction of this fight.. I think Green might knock him out in rounds 8-10 (when Tervar will tire out).

And who do you think should be next if he is successful in beating Tarver.

    Cheers

yeah his last few fights have been so bad to watch... RJJ then that other bum BJ Flores (who had an undefeated record) then that paul briggs who went down 5 seconds into the fight.. and then even that manny siaca haha.. hopefully this will be a good fight.. i doubt it though

Tarver has one of the best chins ever in boxing, I cant see him getting KO'd, even at his age. If Roy Jones or Glen Johnson couldnt put him down, I dont see it, although Hopkins made him touch his glove on the ground to prevent from going down, he still has a granite chin

yeah true but I cant see Tarver going 12 rounds.. He looks too big and too old now, he would probably die
haha but I dont know... this is going to be a good one (I hope)..
