Wlad would win a rematch easily, i hope peter is smart enough to realize that.

i think wlad played oppossum tonight to a certain extent. he knew towards the end of the fight he had it won and he chose not to get crazy trying to take peter out when he had some very good chances. also think of how steward was telling wlad about all the oppruttunities he was getting when peter was missing with his left and how he could kill him on it. in a rematch, after having seen what he needs to do to beat peter, wlad wins easily

the Klitchkos bros are the best Heavyweight right now and top 5 in the last ten years. The only fighter who would have gave them a challange would have been Lewis. Evander would give a valient effort but hes too small. Tyson could not compete against anybody good.

no, saying wlad or vitali would be evander is a joke, when peter got this close 2 KO'ing wlad, if peter can get close, evander can

I don't know what fight you were watching?!

Peter landed like 5 shots and missed the other 200 he threw..

This was a huge confidence building fight for Wlad...
a few more fights and he will walk through Peter and KO him within 6 like he should have.

peter will all be a dangerous opponent for wlad, but wlad would be favored in a rematch... i dont understand why you say "We don't need this guy in the HW division for real"... wlad was willing to fight the most dangerous guy in the division, his fights win or lose are usually dramatic and exciting... sounds hateful of you...

Evander is head and shoulders above Peter technically, but doesn't have the punch that Peter has. If peter had a punch like Evander, he probably would have been stopped. I think Wlad was really afraid to commit to trying to ko Peter for fear of getting caught or gassing out. Wlad missed alot of chances to counter Peter because of this IMO.

Wlad fought a perfect, smart fight.

In the twelfth round, Steward told him to not go for power shots, to stay away and jab and 1-2 because he had the fight won, which is exaclty what Wlad did. He could have put Peter away when he damn near went down from the left hook, but listened to his trainer and didn't.

Wlad earned a lot of respect from people because of this fight. He took Peter's best shots and didn't go down. If any of you think that the three knockdowns were results of punches, you're out of your domepiece. One rabbit punch, one push down, and a stumble aren't results of punches.

Peter needs to learn how to box, otherwise in 5 years he's going to be the darker version of Butterbean.
