Well, asking for extra test itself is an acknowledgment that Pac is that good. I don't see any other meaning for it. He claims that Marquez beat Paqciao twice, yet he didn't bother to ask the same tests for Marquez. Why is that?

Arum made a contract for Marquez BEFORE Manny even fought Shane... He didn't even reach out to Floyd's camp. Manny already said he'd take the tests... What is Arum doing?!?!?
