If I was in charge of selecting Peter's next opponent I would have him feel a guy that I feel he could comfortably beat, but still be a step up over everyone he has faced other than Wlad.

I would have him fight a top 15-20 guy like Shannon Briggs or Sinan Samil Sam next January.

He should have fought his best friend he called out on Showtime...John Ruiz...But to get his confidence back I would match him up with a short guy possibly Barrett or Sinan Sam...A lot of the top guys probably wont be afraid of Peter anymore but height was the key to winning that fight.

I don't know man, even though Peter lost and all, I don't see too many people who will want to fight him. Can't remember who said it, but I think Merchant said during the fight that hitting Peter is like hitting a mahogany tree. Peter is pretty dangerous and could give problems to just about anybody out there.

He's still dangerous. No one is going to voluntarily fight him without having something significant to gain from it. He needs to build his rankings back up again with a couple wins in order to force people to fight him.

The experience should be good for him and he's young enough to do it.
