To Everyone Who Thinks That Pac/Mayweather is the GOAT...

because they're more recent and therefore more athletic, faster, more powerful, etc. two things.
    1. Fuck you, you're unnecessary on a boxing board
    2. Watch the first minute of this video and kiss my ass.

Wide open, he tries that against someone with any decent skill, he gets knocked out. Who's that tomato can he's fighting? Don't look like a boxer, someone picked up from the street?

Show me something worth looking at.

That video you just showed is evidence. Anyone who knows anything about boxing can tell you that's an ugly way to fight. The other guy does not know how to fight and Sugar is wailing like a mad man. An amateur today with half decent skill would knock that guy out. Unless you can show me something showing his skills against someone who can box or fight, it's hard to agree with you.

Go to Boxrec.com and see his record there. Tell me how many elite fighters has he fought? I know this probably sounds sacrilegious to you, bashing an old hall of famer, called greatest boxer of all time. I can only go by the evidence, videos and his records.

Alright, cool, cool. If you're actually interested in debating, I can be cool. Little tipsy here haha sorry I snapped at you. Ok, here's Robinson's record. (Btw, this video was only supposed to be proof that fighters haven't gotten any more athletic. There's much more...restrained footage available)

Consider that he beat 10 (TEN!!) hall of famers throughout his career: Jake Lamotta, Sammy Angott, Fritzie Zivic, Henry Armstrong, Kid Gavilan, Rocky Graziano, Randy Turpin, Gene Fullmer and Carmen Basilio (source is Cox's corner). His peak record was an astounding 134-1-2. Undefeated welterweight champion and won the MW title five times, and that's not including a reputedly questionable draw with Gene Fullmer (I haven't seen the fight so I can't comment on the decision.) You can find a more complete breakdown of his record by Steak, a more knowledgeable poster than I, here.

Again, sorry I was a douche.

Alright, cool. Let me know what you think. If you read all that and still don't think he's the best, that's fine. You could see two and two and think I got five. What I really take umbridge to is these jokers who don't actually know **** making blanket statements they can't back up.

Ahhh I just got in a huge debate about this the other day on here.

I would do it again but I need to get some sleep, maybe I'll bump it when I wake up.

so you say robinson only fought 10 hall of famers in 200 plus fights mayweather fought furture hall of famers, mosley, marquez, hatton, delahoya, castillo, corrales,j udah, gatti, and maybe baldomir might go in cos of his cinderella story in boxing so thts 8 maybe 9 and he still got to fight pacquiao so he may fight more hll of famers thn robinson
