if I don't like a certain fighter...I might post a shot in the thread and keep it moving...you know, a 1 hitter quitter....dudes who don't like Floyd be having tons of posts in threads concerning him...thats some stalker type ****
so to those who love the EXCELLENCE and BRILLIANCE of Floyd's ring skills...this must be good news....I just wanna see him fight Manny and Sergio...thats it...so I'm glad he's still in the game....just not feeling his "every once in a blue moon" fight plans....step up ya activity level Floyd....and keep pursuing THAT fight
Tell me about it. They already made up their minds about Floyd being currently retired, so what is all the fuss about?.Comment

Lol that's funny. That's exactly how it is.
- "Floyd's fights are so boring, we don't want to see his boring ass fights anymore."
- "Where is Floyd at? Why he isn't fighting anyone?"
-"Manny is out there fighting the best of the best, and keeping the sport alive. While Floyd is doing nothing but sitting at home and beating himself up."

Boxing fans are too controlling, they want to control everything a fighter does. They think they are promoters, advisers, managers, matchmakers. And i'm saying in general, not only Pac fans. This is not a Fight Night game where you can control a fighter. Floyd should continue doing what he's doing, fighting on his own terms, cause nothing he does or anybody he fights will ever be enough for fans.
If I had it my way, if I can control Pacquiao, his lineup would have looked like this.
2008: Immediate Marquez trilogy at Lightweight
2008: DLH[I can't take this fight away because it's what made Pac more popular to begin with].
2009: Ricky Hatton[50-50 fight coming in]
2009: Shane Mosley
2010: Floyd Mayweather Jr[Should have taken the 14 day cut off Team Mayweather offered]
After that, who ever the fuck he wants, drain Cotto at 145, Margarito 150, Clottey 147, David Diaz, anybody he wants.Comment

13 Questions Ben Thompson Should Ask Floyd Mayweather
By Scoop Malinowski
Credit to Ben Thompson of Fighthype.com for being able to secure insider access to Floyd Mayweather. Those Mayweather After Dark videos may be more monologue than interview, more fraud, deception and con than truth but they are still, at times, entertaining and insightful. If Mr. Thompson does have the chance to actually ask Floyd some questions rather than just serving as a mouthpiece for the message that the former champ wants to put out there, here are 13 questions we hope he can ask Mayweather…
1. Floyd you said God won’t let you lose. Why not just fight Pacquiao if you know God will not let you lose – or have you lost faith?
2. The Pacquiao fight fell apart last time supposedly because your team said no negotiations took place. And then you said you decided you had lost the urge to fight and needed a vacation. What made you lose the urge if at one time as you claim you really wanted the fight and had your outfit ready to go?
3. Why did you recently demand $100 million to fight Pacquiao if you already supposedly signed the previous contract which you obviously deemed monetarily acceptable?
4. Is it true or false that a deep-pocketed someone has loaned you between $10 and $20 million to pay off creditors?
5. As Pacquiao vs. Marquez has not been signed yet and you are the #1 target of Pacquiao and Bob Arum, what amount of cash exactly do you want to fight Pacquiao next, in October of this year? Would you accept the terms of the contract you supposedly signed? Would the 18-day random blood test cutoff you accepted for Shane Mosley be acceptable for Pacquiao too, or would you prefer 14 days?
6. You promised in one of your videos earlier this year that you would fight Pacquiao for your fans. When do you intend to keep that promise?
7. You used to say, rather famously, “If it makes dollars it makes sense.” But now you say it’s not always about money? What, why and when did you change your philosophy and will you be dropping the moniker “Money Mayweather?”
8. You said that you were going to take time off from boxing and devote your energies to cleaning up boxing and all sports of PEDS. What steps have you taken to clean up boxing, if any?
9. I get the sense you are itching to box again. Who would you most like to fight next and why?
10. You said that you “don’t want to watch a coward fight or a scared fighter fight”: That means you believe there are cowards and scared fighters in pro boxing. Which pro fighters would you term as a coward or a scared fighter?
11. If the Pacquiao fight can’t be organized soon, have you thought about officially retiring from the sport?
12. You said boxing Pacquiao would be a “no-win situation.” Can you explain how earning $50 million and beating the best fighter in the sport today, in what would be the biggest fight in boxing history is a “no-win situation”?
13. Do you regret all your immature and classless behavior over the years which has resulted in your attaining a small fanbase, compared to the humble and beloved Manny Paquiao who is revered all over the world?

But for Floyd to say that he fought Marquez and Hatton at their best weights is false. Marquez's prime weight is 130 and Hatton's is 140. Honestly, Hatton looked like crap against Collazo at 147. You're right criticizing Manny's catchweight fights, but to say that Floyd is right is completely false. The Marquez fight was originally signed as a catchweight fight of 144, Floyd then had it amended to the Welter limit, he still paid Marquez the penalty money, apparently Floyd thought he could still make 144, he couldn't and Marquez agreed, you know the same excuse we use for when Pac fights at a catch weight. The weight adv was in Marquez favor, he did not have to agree to the ********* but he did, so its not ok for Floyd to bring Marquez up 9, but because of the history between Manny and Marquez its ok. Hatton was a former wba Welter champ after defeating collazo at 147, where Hatton weighed in at 147. So it was ok for Hatton to get a title shot against Collazo, but when Floyd makes him move up he's an *******. Floyd had not fought at 140 for 2 1/2 years, Hatton got a chance at a second Welter title, Hatton could had weighed in at 142 if he wanted. But once again we can use the same excuse that we use when Manny fights at a catchweight. So technically Floyd is right he never fought at a catch weight and has fought all his fights at the right weight.Comment
