If "finishers" means fighters who don't mostly rely on a single power punch (what is thereto "finish" if...?) and instead put together combinations to, first, put their opponents in trouble, and then, top the combinations off with a finishing flurry, then, I'd recommend Sugar Ray Leonard to be considered as among the best.

WBenitez was not too bad either... Famed for defense but, Benitez was sure able to put punches together for a vicious finish.

In my opinion, the best finisher of all-time is Joe Louis. When he hurt his opponents, it was pretty much gaurunteed that the knockout was only moments away. In the ring, he never let anyone off the hook.
