Seriously doubt that hops is gonna ko pascal. If hops doesnt get knocked down this time he should deserve a decision victory, but u never know whats gonna happen in canada...

I doubt he's knocking him out, TBH.

Bully him, yes. Hurt him enough, or accumulate enough punishment on him, to force a stoppage, no.

Can't go by anything Hops says.

Remember he said no way would he ever allow a white boy to beat him, in reference to Calz. Then when he gassed, he faked several non-existent ball shots. He ended up on all fours with Calz doing his simulated sodomy. (And some here want to believe Hops won with antics like that.)

I am curious as to how several years later, and at extreme age for a boxer, he no longer gasses? If he is not on anything illegal, then kudos to him and his team, and hope he shares this info with all of us. It's very impressive, if it is not any banned substances. But maybe that is why that Canadian Commission wants to add new tests?

RE this fight; Hops KOing pascal?

I seem to recall it was Hops going down from shots that were not very hard--a la Mosley last week. It would seem to be more likely if there is any KO, it would be Hops getting the 10 count, as Pascal is pissed and is the younger dawg with more pop in his punches.

I think it will be another very close fight

The last time Hopkins KO'ed anyone it was 7 years ago against a Jr MW, that isn't happening.

Hopkins hasn't got the power to stop Pascal.

Hopkins won't KO Pascal, in fact I don't think he will even try. He just isn't that kind of fighter anymore. I think he will dominate most of the fight like he did last time, but this time around he won't have any trouble getting a UD because he isn't getting knocked down. Hell I scored the first round of the first fight a 10-9 even if with the knock down because Hopkins was clearly winning the round. Dan Rafael agrees...
